Whiplash Keybind issue

On startup my desired bind mouse 4 or 'back' doesn't work for whiplash. It shows: LB+RB, +, R. I cannot rebind it without resetting my binds. And not in game either, I have to navigate files and delete bind.json in order to be able to change my binds on the next startup. Even editing bind.json didn't work. This issue has been happening since patch 14b. I believe it's due to the 'fix' for whiplash on controller.

In order to play since the patch I start the game, realize whiplash isn't working, then quit and delete bind.json, then start and reset my binds to what I want them to be. EVERY TIME
