Currently, you can farm style points with guttermen and chargeback.
Since guttermen provide steady stream of bullets to be reflected with coins, it's very easy to land chargebacks. Chargebacks give a lot of points. Since the individual minigun bullets themselves do minimum damage, you can get chargeback bonuses as fast as your coin regeneration allows.

It seems it's even worse. I could get multiple chargebacks + ricoshot bonuses off from a single coin.
