Spawner Arm won't... Spawn

Idk what I did but ever since I went to the dev museum, I haven't been able to use the spawner arm.

When I press

and it says "spawner arm in slot 6", my arm disappears as well as my weapon, but my HUD still stays on the same weapon I had before.
I can't even right-click for a menu or anything, the spawner arm simply doesn't work.
I tried restarting the game, nothing.

Idk if I'll ever see the spawner arm again :(
