No sound in game
Today i decided i wanted to get back into the game but when i started it up there was no sound at all, it was completely silent in the intro and in game. I tried setting my volume to a different level and then back to 100 but that didn't work and i even uninstalled and then reinstalled the game which had no effect either. Does anyone know what might be causing this bug?

Did you check your Windows sound mixer to make sure the game isn't muted? Another possibility is your default output device is the wrong one so the game's audio is being sent to the wrong output

I checked my mixer and output settings but its not muted and it has the correct output so im not sure what to do now, also i really appreciate your help i'm loving the game but its just not the same without music.

UPDATE: i finally managed to fix the problem, it turns out my sound drivers were messed up so i just had to update them and now everything works fine.
