Is there any way to start a new game?
I want to replay this game again, it's really fun and seems like a game that benefits from multiple playthroughs. However, there's no in-game function to start a new save or reset already existing progress. I know that this feature is planned to be implemented in the future, but what can I do in the moment? I tried deleting all of the .bepis files in the Saves folder, but whenever I relaunch the game they all...un-delete themselves somehow. The creation dates stay the same. What do I do?

Deleting the saves is the way to go, but if you have Steam Cloud enabled that'll redownload your saves when you start the game, so you need to disable it from right click > Properties.
