Is Sisyphus a sumo wrestler?
Yes he's fat, but he's also incredibly quick and strong. He likely has a lot of muscle under this fat, as his stomach doesn't have jiggle physics while he fights. Thoughts?

strongman bodytype, they focus more on muscle strengthening rather than toning

he's just strong, besides, his stance looks more like boxing
