why are they working on encore levels before finishing the game?

sorry if i posted this before, i get they're just trying to be productive while they rework the enemy AI, but was the level rework not enough? did they finish already?

it is probably cuz they want to give us an update that´s not just the level reworks and want to give us something new to play with while they finnish layer 8 and 9

as far as im aware the whole thing is going to be released as an update, yes, the encore levels, level reworks, enemy reworked AI, fraud, and treachery, this is not a multi part update from what ive gathered

Fraud and Treachery aren't part of the update.

The enemy code overhaul isn't done yet and as long as those aren't finished, work on Fraud and Treachery cannot begin. So Hakita's working on the Encore levels now instead of waiting rather than waiting and having most of the development screech to a grinding halt while the code overhaul is being worked on.
