thas the best you can do, just adjust the values around that. it aint that "goldish" but its better than nothing i guess
2 - there are sites like hexcolor
3 - there many "gold" colors, especialy if you will acount that there many who can call their own color as "colorname" color + you screen can output 255^3 diferent colors (~about 16.5-16.7 mil) + there also cymc exist
