Where is Sisyphus' head?

Once you discover the Sawblade Launcher in the center of the pyramid, you find the corpse of King Sisyphus, and he is still headless. Where do you think his head is? Did Gabriel destroy it after decapitating Sisyphus? or is it deeper in the Pyramid? Lemme know your theories!

Probably rotting somewhere in Greed, buried under the gold dust, or it was eaten by some husks.

I personally think Gabriel destroyed it in an attempt to prevent Sisyphus from coming back, and then panicked when Sisyphus began to form into a Prime Soul, then rushed to make the Flesh Panopticon, which they then imprisoned a partially formed Sisyphus Prime inside of. This is why Sisyphus Prime breaks out of the Flesh Panopticon himself when it is slightly weakened.

Gabriel likely took it as a form of accomplishment, likely to keep or show the council. He decapitates and shows a council member's head to the audience at the end of 6-2, and it's starting to get worrying how into decapitation this guy is.

What if Gabe cleaned it and disguised it as a ferryman skull with some blue/red paint or something in one of the earlier levels

my best guess is that he chopped of his head to lower down himself when gabriel got jealous of his height, unfortunately his head aura caused him to get chop up anyway.
