New 5-S entrance

So, when i was speedrunning 5-1 i noticed that 5-S entrance is now looking different, theres bell on the door and when i was exploring level i found bell, which has no collision to weapons/arms but can be collided with player itself. Still don't know how to access 5-S in new update
