2. you can parry if theres a yellow glint or glow around the attack, i dont bother with parrying minos as much as sisyphus
3. -
4. what difficulty are you on?
have you slept enough? are you warmed up? eaten healthy? taken a walk or jogged? stretched?
if you cant properly keep track then you need more practice and probably should warm up and sleep enough
minos isn't really that hard nowadays, he's a very chill boss when you get to know his movements
practicing him is the key, like with many things in life you cant expect mastery or even being good at something until you've failed at it first and been bad at it
there's no shame in just taking it slow
there's no need to shoot him, you can just do your best to observe what he does and start applying strategies later on
I guess my issue is that I didn't need to do any sandbox practice with any other parts of the game. I just humbly failed again and again but tried over and over and I was logically able to figure out how to counter each attack one by one until I was able to P-rank, but Minos Prime just threw me off completely and I don't know where to start.
1. Ok I so it's a timing issue how sometimes I'm able to avoid damage and other times not. It just wasn't really obvious to me that's all.
2. I hadn't even noticed the yellow glint so far, I'll look for it, if i can manage to see him while he kicks me lol. Again that's a dodge-able attack so im not too worried unless im low on health
4. I originally tried on Violent but now i've reduced to Standard. sleep is for the weak lol.
I mean of course he isn't hard if you understand his movements. I've just had trouble getting to that point and don't know how to proceed.
of course I can't expect mastery from no practice. that's why i had so much fun my first week of owning the game, clocking in like 60 hours iirc. also why ive reached 130 hours today. this boss was just entirely non-obvious to me compared to the rest of the game, specifically on what exactly to practice to get better and that caught me off guard and i genuinely started believe I was simply missing something.
