Need help on getting all kills on death at 20,000 volts

I'm trying to P-rank act 1 but I keep getting 57 kills on 2-2. I don't think I'm missing any enemies, but i'm always 5 kills short of a P-rank. I'm listening for the music, and I only leave when it's on the calm version. Does anyone know where the 5 enemies could be?

check inside the big house in the final room instead of jumping up; a soldier and some filth only spawn in there if you touch their spawn trigger.

Music lets you know if an existing enemy is alive, but won’t tell you when you’ve missed a trigger that an S rank in kills expects you to hit.
