Wrath secret level
Any ideas? i think it could be in 5-2 because of florp and 5-3 because of the blue skeleton too lazy to test it out tho:steambored:
edit: not 5-3 skeleton thingy is hank easter egg

Found it in 5-1 after unlocking the door with the three skulls
sadly the door is under construction meaning the secret level is not ready yet

*basically when you go up the jump pad shaft you'll find a vent grate you can break open and on the other size will be the secret door
