whats a nuke im trying to do it with slam storage and overpump and it doesnt work

slam storage from the bottom first. Then, fire a core eject shotgun below you without charging it, and immediately swap to the malicious (red) railcannon and shoot the core eject to cause an enormous explosion. This will get you to the first level of the tower. Then, slam storage again and this time rub up against the wall and fire a core eject at the wall below you to boost you to within walljumping distance of the top. Bring it up there

Look directly up
Hit Right Click on the new weapon
Jump
Hit Right Click again,
Repeat until you are at the middle portion of the climb and let the timestop recharge
