Do +Fist of dollar and aim for that coin and if it time it well, you can kill an extra 2 with that coin through split shot, so you can kill 3 drones with 1 coin.

No, you should try more core snipes and pboosts.
Besides, brutal drones are typically extremely low priority threats, about the second weakest to weakest enemies in the game. They can safely be ignored, then cheaply dealt with after combat.

I'd recommend just killing everything else first, then using your typical revolver reloading swapping; drones almost never hit you and shooting enough times should surely hit all of them.
Pboosts and rockets are even better, but somewhat harder to hit. Core snipes are the most effective but put you at risk. Overpumps are the cheapest and best way to deal with them.

There are also no arenas where more than 4 drones show up outside of Limbo arenas, which are very tame anyway, so the regular marksman offers no benefits. Even in these cases, overpumps are the most effective. Just get close, dash and shoot, which is especially effective with the alt pump.

Nuking is extremely costly just to deal with 5 or more drones...

in most rooms where theres drones theres other enemies? plus its like a 16sec cooldown which realistically doesnt matter?

Nukes dont have infinite range.

i only play on brutal i have pranked everything on two difference saves and have wave 50+ on brutal cybergrind

So have i + p rank custom level harder than p-2, as well as beating sisyphus 10 times in a row. How havent you yet noticed nukes arent good against drones?
