V2 managed to piece together Whiplash from god-knows-what anyway, so it'd be strange to not see something at least imitating it (or maybe we'll never see it, since it learned from the original to avoid V1 like the plague).
They're boring and either a pushover or impossible if you're not using the dominant strategy. Hakita hasn't even fixed the gamebreaking characteristics of the first fight that let coins damage V2 before the fight after four years. Not even he likes this boss much.
This boss has no character, no style, no story, they're just a reskinned player following practically the same story that forces you to play in an unskilled and uncreative playstyle or you lose.
