ULTRAKILL
Why does V1 get attacked by the Machines, King Minos and Gabriel?
It's obvious that the demons are hostile towards V1 and with obvious reason. V1 seems to see the demons as a source of fuel so the demons see V1 as a threat. This fact made me question the reason why other enemies see V1 as something to attack.

For King Minos, it could be that V1 has entered his "Court" or the fact that King Minos seems to be possessed by demons. This possession is obvious due to the large flesh like snakes that come out of his corpse.

For the Machines ( Swordsmachine and V2 ), the only real reason I could see them attacking you would be out of competition. This doesnt necessarily make sense considering V1 seems to be the only machine to be healing / repairing itself off blood. The Machines could be attacking V1 solely because their death would be one less machine killing the demons and giving them more blood. This could be evidenced by the fact that V1 can heal off the machines, which wouldnt make sense considering they are solely machines. Maybe V1 isn't the only one healing off blood?

Lastly, we have Gabriel attacking us in the corpse of King Minos. The idea that Gabriel seems to claim that the corpse of King Minos is some sort of Palace is quite odd but it might be the only reason why Gabriel attacks. Could it be the fact that V1 didn't listen to Gabriels threats? Could Gabriel see V1 as a trespasser?

It's very odd that we are attacked by more than just demons in Ultrakill. I hope these answers will eventually be answered in coming chapters. On a personal note, I'm very happy with the story and even more so than in the gameplay. I was blown away that I found a game that makes DOOM seem slow. Congrats to the dev of this game.

all the machines are fueled by blood, v1 is unique because he can heal and fuel himself from direct contact with fresh blood, instead of a separate fueling process(putting blood in a fuel tank or smt).

Gabriel and the virtues attack v1 because they are trying to prevent v1 from going further into hell and freeing everyone from their eternal punishment. Gabriel is the will of god, and the virtues do Gabriel's dirty work, and god intended for people who went to hell to suffer eternal punishment, so by killing v1, they are carrying out gods will.

the husks attack v1 either because they lack a higher intelligence and attack everything they see, or because v1 attacks them first, for their blood.

the machines attack v1 both to reduce competition, and also because the machines have blood inside of them(which is fueling them), and v1s only goal is to obtain blood, and it is not limited to killing husks and demons to obtain that blood.

The corpse of King Minos is controlled by the snakelike parasites he once controlled, and they lack a higher intelligence, similar to other husks, so they attack the player.

The machines and the husks both attack v1, instead of each other, because v1 is a much bigger threat to them than they are to each other.

and to close out the round up, Minos Prime attacks because of your crimes against mankind being unforgivable.

the reason enemies "work together" against you, is for the same reason they spawn. ultimately its a game, and you have to suspend your disbelief when machines ignore demons and husks to attack you.

Some small corrections:

The lore bit is specifically referring to V1 being the only one who can repair and refuel itself from contact with blood, while other machines have to perform a blood refuelling process in order to do the same thing. This is why bosses like V2 and Swordsmachine don't heal themselves when they hit you at close range and also the reason for why they have much higher HP than V1 does. All machines are fuelled by blood.

Also, Something Wicked isn't classified as a demon, it isn't given any classification in the enemy files.
So is V2 and Swordmachine's refuelling method similar to refuelling a car?

They live off everlasting battery blood.
Comes at the cost of small brain power...
