got a question about king minos
did he live in the medieval era before he came to hell, or does he just talk like that?

King Minos was a king from ancient greece, but having him speak latin would mean people wouldn't understand him, so we took some creative liberties. Same with Gabriel, I doubt angels would be speaking a human language like english.

It's a rule if you are Alien, God, Demon, Angel ect you must speak English.

Considering he's been judging sinners up until [REDACTED], it's not unreasonable to assume he would've easily enough have picked up English, nor is it unreasonable to imagine him primarily speaking it when the lingua franca of most of his subjects is English.
