I died during the fight at the part where the bomb is supposed to blow up the blockage. I guess I died right before the bomb exploded, because when I respawned, the bomb exploded in front of me at the pick-up station. Fortunately the blockage is gone so it's not a soft-lock, but it was definitely surprising.
