how to open cheats menu in steam deck

You press Select + R2. Select button is right next to D-Pad and Left Stick.
Cheats menu is always available in Sandbox level. For other levels, use Konami code to activate it:
UP UP DOWN DOWN LEFT RIGHT LEFT RIGHT B A
