Any way to stop stuttering on Steam Deck?

I've set everything as low as I can go ingame and everything seems to cause stuttering. Firing the nailgun too fast. Enemies spawning. Explosions. Checkpoints. Moving too fast. Its making getting through later levels difficult af

I'm on steam deck too, but I don't get it that bad, mabye it's the device itself? Might wanna check out general performance

Every other games fine. Only problem I've had this far is this game. Do you use cryoutilities or no?

Idk my ♥♥♥♥♥♥ PC can run it just fine maybe factory reset it.

No worries I'm slowly but surely stuttering my way through hell 🤣 games still great I'll have to replay it on my rig when I eventually get one built.

HoloISO author/maintainer usually used Ultrakill running on his Anbernic Win600 as a showcase of new builds, never seen any stutterings on his videos. And Win600 is waay less powerful than Deck.
