Some of the levels i have the p rank for don't appear with the gold background or whatever.

Like in act one I have all p rank, but the belly of the beast doesn't have the yellow "background"? It's not anything I mind too much but it just kinda annoys me to not see all of them be a solid color.

you have to find all the secrets in the level for the gold background

oh yeah you have to do the challenges too
but you gotta find the level secrets as well (they're the blue orbs scattered throughout)
