How To Use UltraTweaker?

The mod page doesn't tell me how to use it, only install it. I can't type in the Tweaker window either. Help!

I think it broke in one of the updates and it didn't seem to be fixed when they mod author updated it.

Its very functional for me. There should be a list on the right side of the settings menu for all of ultratweakers options and its modifiers. all of them should be self explanatory or at least have a tooltip when hovered over to explain what it is. It does act a little janky but it shouldnt be a big issue as long as you arent going through 50 menus at once.
