problems with angry level loader

this is a problem i have with the custom levels known as carcass and agony, whenever i try to install them it says network error and i havent found any fixes online so if anyone has any info to help me out it would be nice.

Get... A better internet? Bro, mods are things that are unofficial and we only talk about official things here (Feel free to correct my mistake if I'm wrong.). If you already have a good internet, try to instal BepInEx's suggested version in the mod page instead of the latest. If you already did these, can't help anymore.
