i mean, you can dash in the air, so that's probably why they're there. either that, or it looks cool.

its for every reason mentioned in here, v1s dash, their floaty air movement, fast paced movement, and weapon storage, v2 is the same, just with a heavier build because their plating is more for tanking damage rather than repairing, so hes heavier by default
