Secrets found in Violence (so far)!

Violence 1 - Place the blue skull on the skeleton where you initially acquire the red skull and it unlocks a secret pathway that leads to John bossfight :) defeating him spawns a text that hints at another major secret.

Violence 3 - As implied by the John text if you lure a Streetcleaner all the way back towards an earlier part of the level, you can use its flamethrower attack to burn away a bunch of white leaves covering a gate. Behind this gate is the doorway to Violence's secret level which isn't currently in the game.

There's a secret book in 7-2 that talks about an archive or something and gives a set of directions to go in. No idea where you use them though

the archive is probabbly the final ending place with the stacks of books where you get ambushed, dunno how to use the movements tho

i'd assume they're turns, so to speak - take a left / right per arrow
there's also three of those I buttons from Limbo that you used to unlock the slab revolver; they're all behind the timed orb puzzles and lead to an under construction door in the locked building where the cart is gated and ambushed (you can access it through the roof)

might be slightly off topic but i can't find any streetcleaners in 7-3 for the gate, I'm assuming they're there I just don't know where

In way of loooooong hallway after one of three's. Be careful, ahead some water and they die instantly after touch, so you need backtrack a little.

On violence two, I found a Husk sleeping in the clock tower before I knocked it down, and I also found all three of the roman numerals (in all three grapple sections, you have to complete the whole grapple course before the first yellow grapple locks the doors again) to no avail. I'm assuming the Roman Numerals will unlock a flamethrower that will let us burn the bushes and open up the secret mission.

If you follow the turns in the book perfectly, the robots won't fight you at the end and you can just leave.

Potentially but I doubt it. The thing about the gate and the Streetcleaners in 7-3 is that there's a path specifically carved out that allows you to lure them over, under and through the rest of the level to lead them back to the gate. I don't imagine this path would exist if it wasn't for the sake of luring the Streetcleaners.

There's a switch above the first "Everyone against everyone" arena that makes you marked for death, meaning everyone targets you like normally.

There is a good chance that it is the Streetcleaners, but the phrasing of how to find the secret level from Big Johninator's book ("I doubt there's any blade sharp enough to cut the vines, and the only fire that could burn through it would need to be hot enough to melt metal", implying that either Streetcleaners will melt metal in a later level, or we get something to melt metal like how the Knuckleblaster is able to open walls with cracks) is phrased like that of how to find the Saw Launcher from the temple druid's book ("But only those who wield the ELECTRIC magic of the Druids may find it.") in 4-3.

Streetcleaners already melt metal, V1 is made of it. So they would fit perfectly

Streetcleaners already melt metal, V1 is made of it. So they would fit perfectly
