Afaik in the Bible Gabriel is a lot more peaceful than Michael, so if Ultrakill's version of Gabriel is what we've seen so far, Michael might be pretty metal.
As for the flesh thingy, I think the next one should be more mobile to avoid getting a bit stale. Flesh Prison/Panopticon are cool enemies, but they feel pretty similar due to them both being immobile, having summons and sharing certain attacks. One that changes up that formula somehow could work pretty well. Maybe have more unique summons?
