A thought I haven't seen is Gaia, as she sort of betrayed the titans by saving Zeus, if we can have Prometheus as a theory, I don't see why Gaia is out of the question. (Probably gonna be Prometheus or someone though.)

what if its the terminal because its described as being conscious and conscious = soul and it has an extreme will to see things kill each other

also there could be unexplained lore since in the last few layers all of hell will be gone and it will only be robots and robots have blood because blood = power

or the terminal could also just be the 7-4 boss, or the final boss

i dont think conscious means soul. conscious ai?

also the terminal being an enemy would make no sense, both because it would have to somehow hijack another robot (and why would it be able to do that?), and even if it did why would it kill v1 (it's best source of entertainment) and how would v1 use the terminals afterward?

its taking matters into its own hands since every thing died and now its fighting the ultimate final boss (V1) for entertainment, also why could it not become mobile, it has resources for v1 so why not itself

For Oedipus you can make the argument that he was angry at god for essentially forcing him to follow a prophecy where he kills his father, and marries his mother while he was just trying to do the right thing, or avoiding his fate, and because of this he may want to destroy what god had loved as payback for what fate fell upon Oedipus (I know its a bad theory, but hey its just a theory an ULTRAKILL theory)
