P-1 and P-2 Should be accessible without needing to P rank act 1,
Its a gatekeep and is annoying

Now imagine a new clueless player accidentally coming accross P1 before Gabriel, and thinking that they need to beat **THE SECOND HARDEST LEVEL IN THE GAME** to progress further into the game.

Also there wouldn't be any reason for P-ranking, or being stylish in the first place, making everything style related totally obsolete.

Should there just not be a reward for P ranking then? I think getting a harder challenge for P ranking is a pretty fitting reward. And like the dude above says letting new players just wander into P-1/2 on accident is a not very awesome idea given how much of a difficulty spike they both are

The system is a catch-22, there's going to be negatives at each point. I've P-ranked every level besides Sisyphus, and I did feel a bit gatekeeped at the start of my P-rank journey, but when I got to Minos I understood why, it took me a whopping 200 or so tries to beat and caused me hand pain. and I really felt like there would have been zero chance of me beating him without having the skills to P-rank those levels. But say it was open to me without P-ranking everything, it would have been an incredible difficulty spike, and may have discouraged me from playing and tackling the excellent challenge of Minos and you definitely need to P-rank all levels for Sisyphus, as that place can be hell.

So basically what he is saying. If there was no style or time or kill meter there would be a slightly huge dent in ultrakill. and you are also saying that basically Ultrakill needs to be more easier well then go on the easy difficulty's. Ultrakill is not a skilless and then give reward game. Ultrakill is a skilled then not rewarded and beaten up again. my best way to try to help you get p-1 or p-2 practice in all of the act 1 0r 2 levels learn ways to kill all of the enemies learn ways to be faster in the level and learn what is the style score for the level

But in both cases all that really keeps between you and walking straight into a P stage is beating Gabe which doesn't compare to their difficulty at all
