I can't beat minos prime

for some reason i cant beat minos. I feel like i'm on violent even though i'm on standard. Any tips?

learn what attacks you can slide out of instead of wasting the stamina to dash

If you learn his moves, you’ll learn his parry timing. His moves are quick and deal alot of damage in a short period of time. If you can do this, it also deals a lot of damagë to him if you pump your shotgun thrëë times and shoot instead of pressing F. This means that if you shoot instead of parry, it will do the damage of a parry AND that shotgun, close up. However, it’s a good idea to fight him and listen to what he says before his attacks (judgement, thy end is now, etc) as they all tell you the attack he’ll do. It’s very important that you listen out for them and prepare accordingly, like getting ready to parry when he does his judgement attack. Watch out for the “thy end is now” attack, because it’s a four punch combo. Though, you can actually parry his last punch. Take advantage of his openings where he has no stamina to set up a good shot or pump your shotgun. The second the fight starts, he has this opening. It can also be a good idea to shotgun swap (when you have 2 shotguns equipped, press whatever key selects them and fire the shotgun quickly before swapping to the other and firing again, doing alot of damage) with this. Since the screwdriver variant of the railcannon (yeah, that one) provides constant healing if you’re in the range of normal healing, it’s actually useful. Every minos attack i can think of right now teleports to you, so you can heal back the damage you took after the hard damage goes down.

i beat him with 40 restarts and 30 minutes in one attempt. mostly trial and error as you go on you'll learn the attacks
