how do you dodge sisyphus's destroy attack

ive tried dashing but it only works half the time and i usually have run out of stamina ik hes parriable but the hitbox for the parry is to small for me to do it consistently ik its skill issue but any help?

He yells "Destroy!" and teleports to you with a punch. You dash it with 1 dash. He then teleports away from the spot he tried to punch you like ~5 yards away. You follow him in with 1 quick dash, rarely 2. When he releases projectile, you punch him with feedbacker to parry and regain 3 dashes back. You then listen closely to the charging sound of a projectile, timing explosion with 1 dash. If window is too hard for you, you burn 2 chain-dashes on projectile explo.
