Any tips for a new player ?
I just got into Ultrakill and am very new. I love the game so much it is so intriguing but I get the feeling there is something I am missing. Any tips for a new interested player ?

- sandbox is good for practicing
- make sure you get the alt weapons
- learn techs like p boost and coin related stuff
- have a sensory overload
- have fun

Make sure to get into the habit of swapping weapons often, staying mobile/in the air as much as you can (both are to help with style, which keeping an ULTRAKILL to negate hard damage is huge), and learning parry windows, along with what you can/should or can't/shouldn't parry.
To quote Gianni himself;
"...Try switching weapons from time to time! It's disgusting the way you play!"

have fun
find ways to maximize the effectiveness of all weapons
watch youtube guide videos only when you feel you've gotten as good as you can without them
interact with the community to learn some cool stuff (risky, as ehh, the community isnt really that beginner friendly, which is why ive said this fourth and not second)

Just have fun. I play a lot but I know I don't play the most optimal, and still learn some new things here and there (trying to get the hang of rocket riding quickly to make it back on stage). Experiment with all the weapons and try to find fun interactions and combinations, each one has SOME kind of interaction with another, One thing I found out after like 30 hours of gameplay was shooting the Core Eject Rocket mid-air makes a red explosion. You could watch tech videos, but honestly it was way more fun learning these things myself from accidents or trying it during game, like when I first grappled and smacked a cannonball back to instantly delete a maurice. It's a great feeling and kept me going. Stay mobile, stay swapping weapons basically everytime you fire,

And keep'em coming.

I have! I didn't want to give out some real good stuff because like I said most of the fun for me was that experimentation. Once I learned you can shoot the rocket I started hitting it with anything and everything just to see.
