There are other things in life other than Ultrakill, if you're a real fan you'll come back to it when the next update will come out

Hmm, are they being used to artificially inflate the size of these infrequent updates to make them appear larger with more content? It would be so easy for them to send out variants as small, more frequent updates between larger ones to not only give the community more game asap but to show that progress is steady.
That would be healthy development, with interaction of dev and community going hand in hand.
Also i dont really think it matters how much content the update haves, but how good it is and if it was worth the wait, tho the fact that they dont release the variants in patches is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
