probably the most overrated game on steam

definitely a case of too much hype, had so many people on my friends list say this game is the best shooter ever. really not that impressed. air movement feels bad, dodge and slide should have been the same move not split into two, and the boss battles are the worst part of the game, slow the pace down too much.

luckily i was given it for free, would def want a refund otherwise

Also to anyone in this thread so far that has said “skill issue” I can guarantee you that I’ll whoop your ass In pretty much any fps game. Quake live, tf2, css, csgo, overwatch. I’ve been fragging and landing air shots on people since 2003 when I first played starsiege tribes when I was 12. Not to mention honing my skills on goldeneye and Turok 2 on the n64 since the late 90s.

i'm not trying to "win" anything, i'm just trying to deduce your intentions. this game is one of the better single player fps experiences i've had in a hot minute, but i still wouldn't say it's the best fps ever. it seems you're more mad at your "friends" than the community, and then decided to take it out on the community?

"best shooter" is unbelievably subjective and frankly a game is not overrated simply because you think it so... You can't really demonstrate how this game is particularly overrated when all of the praise is both genuine and entirely accurate.
