You have to P-rank Minos first try right after saying "It's UTRAKILLIN' TIME!" an ULTRAKILLion times, otherwise it won't work. If you fail to get a P-rank or die you have to restart the mission and say "It's ULTRAKILLIN' time!" another ULTRAKILLion times, Dying to flesh prison also counts as dying to Minos.
