The first act hypes up King Minos in lore, and then you fight a weaker part of him (corpse of king minos), but in reward for the P ranks, you see him in his full glory.
Following the pattern - King Sisyphus is hyped up a lot in act 2, and he has a boss - a unit of his army. He would make a great prime sanctum boss - seeing him would be the reward for such skill and beating all levels on P.
Idk about the third act, but probably something like that - a kingdom with a notable person, fighting someone related to him, then fighting him or his soul in P rank.
What I really want is a prime sanctum for prime sanctums - if you P rank all the prime sanctums, you get a fourth one - idk who that can be, but probably just God or the devil.
It has it in the enemies log for Minos Prime that God does exist and had "disappeared", which led to the council ruling over heaven.
Had God not died?
Why else would he just dip without telling anyone? His disappearance led to catastrophe.
(If God has a soul, (not being one himself)), It would make sense to fight a "God Prime", which sounds dumb, but would be an interesting concept like you said.
