Go to the terminal -> Weapons -> Revolver (or any weapon) -> Color -> Custom. You need to pay 1,000,000P per weapon to unlock the option. You can then make any colour combos you want, including cute trans revolver :)

Also note alternate weapon forms have separate color schemes from standard, click the Alternate button to get to those on the weapons that have them.
