Am i missing something?

im trying to P rank all of act 1 so i can fight minos prime. but i am stuck on the meat grinder, i can s rank everything else but i cant S Rank the kills cause im missing something, what am i missing?

53 kills for P rank, just done this level and had no iusses geting s*3=p rating
No some secret spots to clear / pure rails

In the corridor with the glass floor, Filth spawn both ahead of you and behind. The first time through, I completely missed the handful behind me. If you're hitting every other trigger in the level, that's where I suggest you double check.

Also, in the first corridor, a stray spawns ahead and behind you. Kill both of them, not just the one ahead.
