Noclipped my way up to where jakito is with the hampter and he is not there.

There is cheat mode trigger - if you use cheats (at least those who in game, duno if they work as engine's one or as it own code) then id just don't spawns

Slam storage+ultraboost to top. Slam storage to core eject boost to top

If you die it is ok. The hamster stays with you like a good boy
they said you can only get to him if cheats are DISABLED not enabled
