Grapple Arm not working (The green one I forgot the name of it)

So after I completed the level where you get the grapple arm, I went to a different level to test it out, but it wasn't there, and I kinda assumed that it just disappeared and it was intentional, but after the somewhat recent update I came back to play and I still can't access it and cannot progress without it, it's in my inventory, I can see it if I go to the "Arms" menu, it says "Equipped", but when swapping I still only have rupturing raspberry and blueberry punch over here anyone know a way around this? to re obtain grappling grape? Also sorry if my explanation is rancid if you need me to elaborate anywhere please tell me to do so.

did you check the button bind is right?

default is G, yea? I hit G and I see the little fist icon under the weapon, swap from red, to blue, back to red, that swaps the arm right? it never goes green for the grapple one

I think the default is R, it doesn't swamp around like the red and blue arms do, it has its own separate button.
