2. The editor is basically an addon for Unity, so anything you can do in Unity, you can do for a custom level. This means custom textures, models, music, etc etc. Basically anything that doesn't require custom scripting, which is currently disabled for security reasons (since unrestrained custom scripting would allow creation of malicious files and such), but after the rest is done, we will look into allowing some form of custom scripting as well. The ability to make a custom campaign by stringing levels together is planned but not yet supported.
Will the maps be uploaded with steam workshop support? I have seen I couple of people who have tundra and they have workshop subs for the game.
