Experiment around with the weapons. Explosions using the Malicious Railcannon, especially if you gathered some fodder like the Filth or some Strays around can give you a lot of points. Try new combos as well and don't get damaged much as this subtracts style from the counter as well. That's all i can say really. Good luck, especially with an level like P-1.

Try to either stay in the air or slide around a lot. While you are in the air or sliding you can have up to a 3x score multiplier (you can see it under the style box I believe). Using the Marksman revolver while sliding and jumping around makes things a bit easier since you only have to really focus on hitting the coins.

Weapon swapping is a good way to get some bonus points too since you get the "Fresh Weapon Bonus" for a short moment too.

As for the stages with only bosses parrying is a good way to get a lot of points. I would work on practing timing parries for particular bosses. Don't forget you can flip a coin and shoot it with the Railcannon too. It just might give you the few extra points that could nudge you to an S rank in style!

In that case, keep track of your multiplier and try to get as many score combos (example being parrying your own shotgun shots and ricoshots) or parries as possible.

Parry your shotgun pellets, it increases the style a lot.

^ Parry / propel your shotgun blasts. Learn to do it consistently. It melts enemies and you kill multiples of them. I feel like you get style the more you master the game. That is, the faster you get through arenas or the quicker you kill enemies, the more style you get. The faster ways to kill enemies are also the more skill-based ways to do it, EX: The shotgun parry. Or the split shot coin thing. Headshots too! Try to get headshots/weakpoint hits. Parry people. Don't be afraid to get in people's faces either and punch people. And keep changing up your weapons. Don't stay static. Just keep moving, keep shooting/punching, and never stop killing. And you should get a good amount of style.

Which boss are you having trouble getting enough style points with?
