theres also the cybergrind, which is an infinite wave arena mode, and if you wanted to ""finish"" it (get to wave 50) it'd probably take more than 70 hours (since i have 70 hours in and havent got it yet)
The game's built around replayability though, so if you go look at the reviews on the steam page you can notice some people with over 500 hours in the game, and there's things like secrets, secret levels and rankings that will give you reason to go back, especially since getting Perfect ranks on every level unlocks a new secret mission.
