Explain me please a few moments about story:

2. Markas/Harbringer story will end in next chapter/ dlc or I missed end of it?
3. Three giant things from Lenne after her death = Vaen? Or its Guardians, somenthing different?

1) There's no hard confirmation of it, but it's implied to the point that it would make no narrative sense if it wasn't, what with the credits following the bird and the last lines Glenn has. How Glenn actually ended up as a bird isn't entirely clear; of course we know he died and his ether reincarnated as a bird, but whether he had the power to guarantee this himself, or some other force helped him with it out of kindness, or it's just pure chance, is not clear. He also may have kept his memories again somehow, or he wouldn't be coming to Lenne like the bird was, come to think of it, unless him finding her is meant as a convenience for the narrative but is ultimately a coincidence.

2) This story is left unresolved. There is a line or two during the ending about how humanity will have to continue the fight against the Harbinger. Markas is not mentioned at all.

3) They are Vaen, but they are also called Lenne's Guardians at times. They appear to be tasked with destroying the world immediately if Celestia/Lenne dies, as that's apparently their cue that humanity has no chance against the Harbinger without another reset. They don't do this because they realize that Glenn is not affected by the time freeze, and thus time will not just exactly repeat if they reverse it a few seconds, so they can save Lenne.

I'm not going to lie, though: I completely missed what Lenne's role as as the Holy Mother actually meant for the Vaen and Harbinger whenever it was revealed, so I'm not sure why she's so important other than carrying her memories of the true nature of the Harbinger.

Maybe the idea is that the Harbinger is locked within Lenne’s ether specifically, and perhaps all the other “H-##” girls but she’s the only one left. The 3 guardian Vaen inside her do say she is the last maiden.

When the Vaen were going to destroy all of Valandis, they could perhaps just use the huge influx of ether to keep the Harbinger trapped, essentially making a new prison. But when Lenne was killed alone, it would have unleashed the Harbinger.
