Could Kitted Out Achievement less grindy?
Im at 10.000.000 Points right now and its just boring at this point
Knowing that I have to do 1.5x more doesnt help..
I dont mind the achievement but I just wish there was a way to speed up the progress because sure, you can finish levels faster and improve your routes but thats it..
I just wish there was another factor included, like time or something, that could boost your numbers or style points
I dont want it to be a breese but if I remember correctly I made around >1million points each short run which would mean that Id need to do at least 15 more runs and it just feels pointless as theres no change in pace or gameplay.
BTW
I reallllly love this game, this is the only thing id appreciate a change it, however im not expecting one but it wouldnt impact my view negatively anyways :steamhappy:

Well it's about as grindy as the 20 runs achievement. That's not just my experience either, as there is a 0.1% difference between the two achievements.

There's ways to speed it up such as picking the highest scoring cards and setting on limited lives and/or molten steel (if you can handle it). Longer runs not only include more levels, but have bigger levels where you can score more points.

Best way to go fast would be to select 'Rogue' starting weapon (the one that gives 3x), then try to pick up an explosive weapon (Bulldog, P99, Lobber) and a perk that gives ammo (Kills Refill Ammo or Rip and Tear).

Explosive props and exploding door can also give a lot of extra score. Finally, every object destroyed by the gravity gun (which you can start with) also counts towards your score. 10 exploded props = 1 kill.

thanks for your reply!
Im actually oing almost that (besides molten steal)
and ive also already got the 20 runs achivement a long time ago because I didnt focus on getting points back then
The fact about the destroyed objects is something I havent tried yet so thanks for that:steamhappy:

Let me know if the achievement worked for you!
Did the grind yesterday and it didn't unlock, and I gotta know if I got unlucky or if it's just borked atm xD
Also what Major is saying is true^^
I would advise some caution with the difficulty modifiers, so you don't do what I did and get stuck cause you made it to hard for yourself (I had runs where I just created an unbeatable difficulty for myself :D)

Thats not true. I got 24 runs done and im at 6 mil points. Not even close to 26m.
I use all multipliers like floor is a lava etc and it still takes a very long time to get the achievement.

There is no shot you only have 6 mil points after 24 runs and 'selecting all the multipliers'.

Either you haven't 'selected all the multipliers' or you haven't killed all enemies on every map.

Even on a short run with no bonus points from Molten Steel/Permadeath, I can get around 850,000 points. With Permadeath on I bumped that up to around 1,300,000. Even if you drop a few scoring cards, you'd still easily clear 6 mil before you got to 24 complete runs.

Molten steel is the only multiplier i dont use. I get around 500k per run and i do kill all enemies.

23 runs, 6 mil points.

I've seen a lot of people who had over 50 runs and not even close to 26m points. I pick every single multiplier everytime i play. Even floor is lava.

What ever image you're posting ain't loading, but if you're doing what you're saying you should be getting over 1,300,000 points per run.

Should load now.

As you see i got almost 25 runs and still only 6mil points. I get each run between 550k and 700k.

Math doesn't quite add up. Getting such score in 23 runs would be worth 12mil at least. You must have gotten less on previous runs. Getting a new highscore doesn't retroactively make past runs worth more.
