Where is the resolution setting in the settings?
It is NOT in gameplay or graphics for me. The game is playing at like 144 P, even though I have ran it at 1080 with max graphics on another screen no problem.

If not, the resolution setting is at the top of settings / graphics. To change it there is a little drop down arrow on the right.

The resolution was so low that the text to state the current resolution wasn't even showing, and the tiny drop down arrow was barely noticeable.
