Stuck at Before They Hang Them

This mission was okay until I got to the square with another 15 minutes to spare.
Why the hell does the game throw a bunch of nazis in one place and tell me to do all the sneaking to set up an ambush and kill them in the TINY timeframe that is a minute and a half when otherwise, I'd still have a quarter of an hour to spare?
Even so, when I start the ambush and it takes too long to kill them all, I get game-ended and told that "I got found" despite the objective "Don't be found" already being crossed off.
There's a ton of the bastards, I can't kill them all in moments without lucky RnG, even after that unfortunate accident with the fuel tank tipping over and killing 2 Polizei.
What do I do here?

I assume you are trying to shot them rather than stealth kill them all? If so, here is my set up.
Have everyone equipped with rifles, but if you have machine gun use that. One person takes cover behind the barrels. Another takes cover behind the cart to the east of the barrels. The third person triggers the fuel tank killing 2 Polizei then move north to take cover behind the barrels. Throw grenades to force enemy out of covers.

I literally spent almost all day on this quest I was killing pretty much every character on the way there thinking it will help later not sure. But also always get there with 15 mins then it gives you only a minute to figure it out and most frustrating is there is no save point for the entire mission. They should give you at least one save point before freeing the prisoners. Ridiculously hard level. The last playthrough I set all 3 guys up around them (behind cover) tried to use the f spray the smg skill it glitched out and then my squad proceeded to miss every single shot even wide open shots and my squad got mowed down in 2 seconds with 0 enemies of the 10ish killed.

Same here i'm having the same issue and i have cleared all the objectives. The female is suppose to join automatically after killing the enemy at the square and i have killed all the enemies and she has not joined my crew yet. I have going to the exit point and it isn't allowing me to leave which always says mission successful at the end of every mission.
