Every time I try to start the game there's no audio. Is this deliberate?

In the the chapter Human Waste, shortly after the cutscene where the Admiral is speaking to the doctor, you walk into a section where the guy contacts you that you survived the nuke . Shortly after this, in the hallway with the worms, a song begins to play whick is very pretty. Does it exist in the soundtrack? The only word I understand in it is the word "Hallelujah" If any1 has any idea what the song is, it would be very appreciated....
