i found one Falpa in Fantlin.


if you use a builder mod, just pick up your ship in a Dominio.
there are two falpa inside of Dominio cafe.

I have checked Fantlin a million times and not seen one. I'll keep trying. How long for respawn?

Fantlin and Bellrique are the two that spawn Falpa. I think sailors respawn every ~2 in-game days, so if you sail away a bit and come back there should be more options.
