EA Play Prevents Playing in VR

The game now apparently asks players to log in to EA Play using a verification email every time it's launched. There doesn't seem to be a way to complete this step in VR mode. Has anyone happened to find a way around this?

You can launch the game in normal mode then make sure to quickly click cancel on the EA login when the game starts.

Then you have to toggle VR mode in the settings menu.

Worked for me the other day anyway.
